Using flows and broadcasts to connect with your audience? If so, you might have noticed that sometimes messages don’t reach everyone at the same time—especially when you’re sending to a large group. Don’t worry; we’ve got some fantastic tools to help you manage your sending process! 🎉

📈 Manage Your Flow's Sending Progress

First up, let’s talk about flows! From the Flows tab, click on Starts. Here’s what you’ll find:

• A complete list of all the flows you’ve started, along with who initiated each one.
• For those flows still sending, you’ll see a handy progress bar right under each flow’s name. This shows you how many contacts are still waiting to receive the message. 📊

If you have an urgent flow to start but another one is still sending, no worries! Just click the X at the end of the progress bar to interrupt the ongoing flow and get your new one going. 🚀

📢 Manage Your Broadcast Messages

Sending a broadcast message to millions? It can take a little time for everyone to receive it. Remember, you can’t send another message to the same group until the current broadcast is complete. But don’t fret! You can keep an eye on the sending process from your Broadcasts tab under Messages.

And just like with flows, you have the option to stop or interrupt the process by clicking the highlighted X box if you need to send a new broadcast message to the same group. ✉️

📝 A Few Important Notes

• Sending Speed: Messages can only be sent as quickly as your channel allows. If it’s taking longer than expected, check in with your service provider.
• Queue Limits: If you have a long queue and it takes more than 48 hours to finish sending, the process will automatically stop.
• Interrupting: When you stop or interrupt a flow or broadcast, only the remaining contacts won’t receive the message or start in the flow—those who have already received it are all set! 👍
